Birthday Card

I seem to be so busy with one thing and another that I’ve not had much time for making cards.  So the one I made the other day had to be quick!  Sometimes I think the simple cards I make are the most effective.  I really love this one!

I used …

  • Whisper White card stock (109899)
  • Pretty in Pink card stock (110008)
  • Almost Amethyst card stock (110017)
  • Old Olive Stampin’ Pad (110076)
  • Pretty in Pink Stampin’ Pad (110079)
  • Basic Grey Stampin’ Pad (110058)
  • Best Wishes and More stamp set (111602)
  • Oval All stamp set (113790)
  • Scallop oval punch (115429)
  • Large oval  punch (115156)

I’m starting up a card and gift making class locally.  More details can be found by clicking on the tab above.

Stampers 4

The Stampers 4/Marker Share is now full.  When it’s finished, I will be starting a new group, but with a different emphasis, so watch out for news in a couple of months!

Stampers 4 with a twist

If you’ve never used Stampin’ Up! markers, you don’t know what you’re missing!  They really are superb for not only colouring images, but for colouring straight onto the rubber stamp instead of using ink.  You can achieve some beautiful stamping when you use them this way.

The markers come in colour family sets, or you can buy a pack of all 4 sets which includes a fab storage case.  The only way to get the storage case is to buy the full set, but as that costs just under £100, that’s a bit much for most of us to spend out in one go.  But there is a way to make it more affordable, still get the storage case AND get a bonus!

My Stampers 4 Club will work like this

  • For 4 months you must agree to spend a minimum of £35 from the catalogue and/or mini catalogue
  • £25 of that will be for a quarter share of the complete set of markers, £10 must be spent on other items of your choice (e.g. ink pads, papers, punches or even stamp sets!)
  • Each month, you will receive one colour family of markers, and on one of the 4 months it will be your turn to receive the storage case.
  • Between the four people in the club, the order placed will have reached the £150 needed to receive hostess benefits.  Everyone in the club will take turns at being the hostess.  Hostess benefits include a free stamp set (from the appropriate level) and at least £15 worth of free products from the catalogues.
  • Orders will initially come to me and will then be posted out to you.  The only postage you pay will be the actual postage from me to you.

If you’re interested, or have any questions, email me –  As soon as all 4 places are filled, we can start!

Card Share

Last week I went to Field Training for Stampin’ Up!  It was wonderful to meet people who I’ve only ‘met’ online and to sit and make cards with them!

I took part in a card share as well.  Here are the wonderful cards that I received from people.  Thank you everyone!
