Mothering Sunday Part 2

Following on from the previous post, I also made a card for my Mum.  I just didn’t want to show it on here until after the day in case my mum sneaked a look!

I love the Daring Cardmakers challenges at the moment (www.daringcardmakers.blogspot.com/) and looked there for inspiration, and ended up combining it with the Caardvarks challenge (www.caardvarks.blogspot.com/) is that very bad of me?  LOL!

I Love My Oval Punch!

As a demonstrator, I have been able to buy items from the Mini Catalogue before April.  And I can now say that I am completely in love with the oval punches!  They are so easy to use, and the oval punch stamps are such a perfect fit.  I love it when everything is so well planned!

Here’s a little card I made, using the cute Forest Friends stamp set.

Mini Catalogue Pre-Orders

If you’ve had a look at the Mini Catalogue pdf, I’m sure that you saw LOTS of things in there that you just can’t live without!  And I bet you’re desperately waiting for 1st April to come so you can order from it!

Well, how about this special offer …

If you place an order with me for Mini Catalogue goodies BEFORE 1st April, and your funds have cleared in my account by that date, I will be able to send your order off on 1st April, which means it should be with you as soon as it possibly can be!

And not only that … for every £45 you spend I will give you a free Stampin’ Pad of your choice!

Don’t forget, you can always club together with friends and send in a bulk order (payments can be made seperately) and have it all sent to one address.  That way, if the order goes over £150 between you, it will qualify for hostess benefits (free hostess stamp set/s and at least £15 of free products from either catalogue, depending on the order total).

If you want to send me a pre-order, don’t forget to leave enough time for your funds to clear before 1st April and also let me know which colour free Stampin’ Pad/s you want!

And Another One …

And here’s the second Christmas card I made yesterday.  I used the same stamp set (A Holly, Jolly Christmas) and the same colour scheme.

I used …

  • Holly Jolly Christmas stamp (111558)
  • Chocolate Chip Stampin Pad™ (110065)
  • Mellow Moss Stampin’ Pad™
  • Whisper White card stock (109899)
  • Certainly Celery card stock (110012)

Planning Ahead!

You can never start planning for Christmas too early!

I usually make cards for family only, as making them for everyone would be far too time consuming.  But this year I’m going to make them all.  And I know it’s going to be so easy thanks to Stampin’ Up!

This card took only 5 minutes to make.  And if I make a few every month between now and Christmas I’ll be all sorted by the beginning of December!

I inked around the edges of the card with an ink pad, which I think gives it a more definite outline.

  • Real Red Stampin’ Pad™ (109924)
  • Mellow Moss Stampin’ Pad™
  • Whisper White card stock (109899)
